Where can i buy those sweat pants that are kinda baggy but like scrunch at he bottom?

okay, im trying to find those sweatpants that are kinda baggy looking and like get tighter near the ankle or like scrunch up . the ones that usually gray blue or black. and are made out of that cotton material. does anyone know where i can buy them?
