My dog ate a section of a shark's jaw!?

It was freshly cleaned, a gift from a friend. I think she swallowed at least 2 or 3 inches of it which contained many razor sharp teeth. My friend who found her, fed her tiny pieces of torn cotton soaked in chicken broth in the hopes of "coating" whatever she consumed. I have no idea what to do. Naturally, it's nearly midnight and no emergency vet in our town.
