Spoilers: Harry Potter fans: What is your favourite plot twist in all of the books?

My favorite plot twist was when in the PoA, Sirius was Harry's godfather and he was actually a good guy! Also when Lupin turned out to be a werewolf and Pettigrew had actually ratted on the Potters and pointed the finger to Sirius =(
