39 weeks and 1 day?

ok last night out of no where i had like this horrible dry itch filling down in that area it was horrible so i put some cream on and went to bed i shower at least twice a day and today there was the wet spots it didnt have a ododr and it was not little ones it was like i peed but i didnt but i still have the dry itch i have been tested for everything and i dont have nothing what do you tink that it is ?
