How do I turn a square basement into luke's diner?

For a gilmore girls themed party, me and my friend have to decorate the basement as luke's diner with a budget under $100. Can i have some ideas as to what i should do or can somebody tell me some good websites i can rent things from. My main concern is how we will get or make the counter table in the diner where Luke works. Please answer my question as soon as possible!!!! THANK YOU
