The ob/gyn thinks I have endometriosis.?

They have done cat scans, 1 ultra sound, 1 3D ultra sound, they said my ovaries are not mobile from the 3D one, the dr. suggested giving me a hysterectomy, well I am 39, wanted to have another child this next month or so...so he is going to do a D&C and a hysteroscopy, now will that tell for sure I have endometriosis? He never said anything about a laparoscopy...I just read that... I don't have alot of pain, everyone says I should be in alot of it, the only time I have it is when I start my period, the first 3 days, bad headache and really bad backache...I do sometimes hurt durning , not all the time, have had that a long time....I really want to know is there a pill you can take to slow down the endometrisis, and a pill to make you ovulate better? I would love to have another baby...Thanks.
