How do i know if he likes me, and if he does what should i do?

theres this guy i really like, i have 2 cles with him and we talk alot. we fool aroud with each other and p notes in cl. i found out he got asked out by a nother girl but he said no. i really like him but i don't know if he likes me the same way i like him.
