It feels like the tingle you get in your nose when you sneeze, but is more intense and not in your nose (you feel it "down there" instead). You may also feel a little drained for a few minutes afterwards, especially "down there" because it takes quite a bit of energy and the body needs a bit of time to get its energy back up. Like someone else already said, you will very likely know when you have one.
