What did Joe the Biden mean when he said that obama was "clean and articulate, bright, and good looking"?

He meant, Obama was not the typical envisioned lazy, nappy headed, big lipped, fat, motherf------, black person. Guess, he (Biden) never took any type of training on race relations, or any other type of social interaction training. Then again, so did Sen Reid, and others of the Democratic party, are they all racist?
