Sri Lakan Govt has thanked India once again for its help-Is this an attempt to stir prob btw Tamils & the Govt?

You said, "they gained aid from Indian Congress yet they are having a hidden agenda behind their thanking". If they did indeed get aid from the Congress party, they are only thanking them. How does it make the Sri lankan Government dirty. What is dirty is the Congress party.
