Need help with family problems.?

im 13. today at school when i got there my friend that has been really sick came up to me and wasnt feeling good and went to the bathroom cuz she felt like she was going to be sick. i went with her and we went before checking into our first cl. i sat in the bathroom with her cuz she felt really sick. about 10 min after the bell rang our princible found us and didnt believe that we were in there cuz she was sick that we were ditching. so she took us into the office and called our parents and said we were ditching.when i got home my dad completly started yelling at me and got really close to me and it was really scarry.he said he was done with me and my bull **** and that he was going to make sure my life is complete hell. they took my ipod away and shut my cell service off and im only aloowed to have my laptop to do homework then i have to give it to them. they will not let me leave the house for anyhting but school and i get dropped off 2 min before my cl starts and get picked up right as the bell rings. i tried telling them i wasnt ditching i was sittin with my friend who was really sick. they directly told me that tey thought that was complete bullshit and started yellling at me. my dad got so close and i thought he was going to hit me. so i ran into my room and locked my door. this was all like an hour ago and im still crying and my whole body is shaking and i cant calm down. i dont know what to do.im really scarred. please please give me ideas
