Is there any particular Christian denomination who claim they are the only true Christians?

No. I'm Catholic and Catholicism says that anyone who believes the basic tenets of Christianity and strives to be more Christlike is a true Christian. Catholicism does also proclaim that while legitimate denominations share more in common than differences, the Church does proclaim that it has the fullness of Truth because it traces its roots to Christ Himself.
