How to politely request a caller speak politely to you?

I don't work in a call center for this very reason. I can't handle people hollering in my ear. I would just say like you just said, Sir, calm down, I am working on your issue right now. There's absolutely no reason to get rude or scream. I can work a lot faster when there's no screaming and cursing in my ear.
