Did my mom really mean what she said? :'(?

Well, I got a C on my ap biology test. She was really mad.. and I got kind of I don't know, just in that mood where I didn't want to talk to her that day. She later walked up to me and said "I know you hate me, and I just want you to know. There's no such thing as unconditional love. I never loved my parents unconditionally, and I don't love you unconditionally either." Yes, she really said this to me. I cried, but I don't know what to think of it. Does she really mean it? It really hurt too, to be told that by someone you love.
