Can't get away from the pain...help please?

You unfortunately need to be patient. It can be hard to know what is going on. Ask for a board certified gastroenterologist. Keep a log what what hurts, when, what you were doing, when you ate, a description of your symptoms. Keep going to the doctors, making appointments, insisting on follow-up. Ask for pain control pills. Ask for the doctor to 'rule out' appendicitis and gallbladder, cystitis and pyelonephritis. You might find useful information at the following websites. Be persistent.
