Air force 1 fly over New York?

obama said that he is sorry that he scared New Yorkers when he OKs Air Force 1 to fly low over New York at tax payers expense and that's ok for them and it will be the end of the story but if President Bush did it the liberals would be screaming for his head and say what a waste of tax payers money so why is this ok?
