Advice on dropping a valve body on 94 Camry V6?

I need to replace the overdrive solenoid. To do this I need to lower the valve body. I have never done this, I do have the manual. How much fluid will leak, any surprises? Any advice would be greatly appreciated esp. if you have done this kind of work before.
